Stay with us on the seacoast and view the ever changing light and temperament of the ocean. Watch the sun set from your balcony or the brilliant constellations in the night sky. Find your inspiration in the shapes of the rocks, seaweed, or driftwood, the sights and sounds of the sea birds and wildlife or the man made structures: churches, lighthouses, lobster shacks and traps, or boats. Take time for yourself and your art. Let us make your meals and your bed.

Accommodation and meals $110.00 per day plus taxes, based on single occupancy. Extra person, sharing accommodation and including meals, $50.00.
June 16 - September 30
Accommodation and meals $125.00 per day plus taxes, based on single occupancy. Extra person, sharing accommodation and including meals , $50.00.
October
Accommodation and meals $110.00 per day plus taxes, based on single occupancy. Extra person, sharing accommodation and including meals, $50.00. When you book, tell us how your found our web page and we will deduct $10 per room day for the duration of your stay, or Stay for 3 or more days and we will deduct $10 per room day for the duration of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that we are a small property and last minute cancellations affect us greatly. There is no charge or cancellation fee if your reservation is cancelled more than seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival. Please do not hesitate to call, fax, or email us if there has been a change in your travel plans.
